Description

Pair of Small Porcelain Vessels.

Made using my unique process of creating layers of ultra thin porcelain by painting with porcelain onto a canvas. The colours are integral and painted on, creating textures and interesting abstract patterns.

The result is a semi transparent material that is then worked into vessels emphasizing the patterns created.

Glazed internally, and a third down the outside, with transparent glaze.

This pair uses thicker material and is only slightly translucent, so they are not suitable for illumination with a Tea Light.

Each is 8 cm high 5 cm diameter, one is 70g the other 85g.
