Make a Matcha Tea Bowl out of clay and experience the healing powers of Qigong, Sound Bath, Tapping, Chakra Balancing & Cacao Ceremony all in a secluded walled garden with Liz, Tania & Angela!

£120 including lunch from The Herbarium (Tickets are limited, book your space now so you aren’t disappointed!)

10am – 11am Qigong with Angela
11am – 2pm Make a Chawan Matcha Tea Bowl out of clay with Liz, Sound Bath with Angela & Tapping with Tania (Each session will last 1 hour and will rotate between the 3 activities)
2pm – 3.30pm Enjoy lunch all together from The Herbarium
3.30pm – 4.30pm Learn about the Chakras (energy points of the body)
4.30pm – 5.30pm Finishing your Chawan Matcha Tea Bowl
5.30pm – 6pm Cacao Ceremony with Tania, Meditation & Closing
